Love this place! We've been coming here for years and for the first time they had pork belly available! That was a delicious addition. Everyone leaves this place happy because everyone can create their own dish. Omnivores: happy Meat eaters: happy Vegetarians: happy My favorite sauce mixture: 1 soy sauce 1 chili oil 1 lemon juice 2 Ginger 2 garlic Of course, your mileage may vary Oh, and dinner is AYCE. No leftover take-home though.

Unlike ghengis khan, they cut their vegetables to chewable pieces. This also means it cooks more evenly and gives a more comfortable eating experience and you can taste the veggies more. Also their meat is not super frozen + rolled, so you can stack+smash as much meat as you want. They have more selection for seasonings and it tends to taste stronger too.

You walk up to a bar you pick your meats your vegetables and you make your own sauce. Then you give it to a gentleman who cooks it in front of you. It's all you can eat after 5:30pm

I was really surprised with the flavor and the service here. I stopped for take out and was provided everything needed. Now, when seasoning your food they provide two maybe 3 options. Reg, heavy and house seasoning . I went with heavy minus the wine/oil and extra garlic, 1 spoon of Kung Pao. Amazing! Definitely recommend.
